Computer Data Processor

Office based Computer Data Processor, the work involves supporting our stores and website by ensuring correct pricing, stock levels, special offer ticketing and website adverts. Generally working on our website to maintain and improve our presentation.  Existing EPOS bespoke programs and Microsoft programs will be used and training, where required, will be given.

Working as an assistant to our Internet Manager, this position will grow as the candidates abilities are demonstrated. The wage will be according to experience.  Paid weekly. This is a long term position and will not suit temporary or short term workers.

Assistant Manager - Tollgate, Colchester Store

This position involves assisting the store manager in attending to store staff and store customers, advising on keeping various pets and fish, their general health matters, nutritional advice and housing requirements.

Being a senior position, helping, guiding and the basic training of our pet advisors will also be part of the duties. Opportunities to gain suitable qualifications will be provided and supported, should the candidate desire.

Previous retail management experience in an advisory trade will be a major advantage with a willingness to help both customers and staff with their pet care. Experience in either fish or pet keeping will be a further advantage. Candidates must be able to travel to the Colchester store, have good communication skills and be of regular, tidy appearance.

As part of the leisure industry, this employment is a long term, full time position, consisting of a five day week which will involve regular weekend work and full responsibility for the store, its staff and customers. Good wage level for experienced applicants.

This vacancy will not suit anyone who lacks the required experience.
